/v1/webhook/testscope webhooks:manageOne webhook.test event, attempted now and once (switched off or not), ten a day; the answer says how it went.

- object or null. The test delivery and how its one attempt went.

- uuid. The delivery, which is the event id (certo-event-id).
- delivery.type
- string. The event type.
- delivery.state
- string. pending, delivered, failed (retried) or gave_up.
- delivery.attempts
- integer. Attempts so far.
- delivery.status
- integer or null. The HTTP status of the last attempt.
- delivery.at
- string. When it was delivered, last tried or made.
