Why we built certo

At JobMojito we run AI interviews for hiring teams. An interview shows a company how a candidate thinks and how they talk about their work. What it cannot show is whether the CV it started from is true.

So every interview carries the same question underneath it: did this person really do what the page says? Hiring teams check it by hand, with calls and e-mails to former employers, or they do not check it at all, and the candidates who told the truth are doubted along with everyone else.

Our aim is simple: make the honest version of a career the easiest one to share.

certo is the piece JobMojito was missing. The employer, the university or the course confirms each line at source; every check says what it covered and what it did not; anything nobody confirmed stays marked Claimed. JobMojito keeps doing what it does best, the interview, and certo makes sure the conversation starts from facts.
