For universities

A degree says what they studied. Employers ask what they can do.

Your graduates hold one document that lists a subject and a year, competing against people with ten years of history. certo issues that award at graduation, then adds a scored interview for the role they want. That interview is their record.

How it works

Issue it once. It carries them from there.

At graduation

Issue the award as a signed credential

€2per graduating student · batched per conferment

One run, at the moment the cohort leaves.

Award, subject and year, signed against your student records and batched to your conferment dates rather than trickling out across the year. Priced to work at graduation scale.

It states the award, the subject and the year, confirmed against your records, and states that it confirms nothing else. What your records office cannot confirm stays marked as stated and never carries your signature.
In the weeks after

Give them something an employer can actually read

A structured interview, scored, for the role they are going after.

A 30 to 40 minute interview for one named role, scored against its competency model and reviewed a second time. Your graduate arrives with a record of how they think, not a promise that they learn fast. The invitation comes from us, not your alumni office.

Free for every graduate, forever: the identity check, the first role interview and the language assessment. Nothing on your budget beyond the €2 you already paid to issue the award.
Not for sale

We do not sell you a verification desk

You are already funded to answer degree checks. We will not bill you for it again.

Inbound verification is a real cost for a records office, and in the UK institutions are paid a rebate for carrying it. We sell issuance at graduation. What happens after belongs to the graduate.

In writing

We will not put a number on your graduate that nobody stands behind.

  • A human second pass over an employer’s ninety leavers a year is straightforward. Over five thousand graduates in one month it is not, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Before any cohort agreement you get it in writing: which parts of the review are automated, which are sampled, and what that means for a score next to your name.
  • A graduate with nothing confirmed yet is never published as though they failed. A thin passport stays unlisted until there is something worth reading.

Start a term before graduation.

Issuance is batched to your conferment dates, so the conversation worth having happens while there is still time to prepare the cohort.
