What certo verifies

Identity · one person, one profile

The candidate’s identity document is validated against a live selfie by a specialist identity bureau. The name on the profile is the name on the ID: no aliases, no borrowed histories.

A structured interview scored against one role's competency model: Product Manager, Data Analyst, whatever they're applying for. Career changers get a separate record per role, not a blended average.

Employment and education

A person on the verification team writes to HR at each employer and to the institution’s records office, and confirms the dates, the position and the award. Confirmed entries say who answered.
