An issued record
GET
/v1/issuance/records/{id}scope issuance:readOne issued record, its certificate, and for a provider's row with a date of birth whether it matches the learner's identity check.

- record.kind
- one of employment, education, certification. What was issued: a leaver record, a degree or a certificate.

- string. The person's name as issued.
- record.email
- string. The address the claim link went to.
- record.status
- one of unclaimed, claimed, expired, merge_review, withdrawn. Whether the person claimed it. merge_review: they already hold a passport and certo is adding it there.
- record.certificate
- object or null. The newest certificate over the organisation's own confirmation; null before one is signed.
- record.certificate.id
- uuid. The certificate's id.
- record.certificate.url
- string. Its public page, /v/<id>.
- record.certificate.state
- one of signed, revoked. signed, or revoked by the holder or by you.
- record.certificate.revoked_at
- string or null. When it was revoked (ISO 8601); null while signed.
- record.identity_match
- one of matches, checking, differs or null. For a provider's row with a date of birth: whether it matches the learner's identity check; null otherwise.
- record.custom_data
- object or null. Your own data on the issued record, as you sent it; null for none.
- record.created_at
- string. When it was issued (ISO 8601).
